A Man Attempts To Buy A Young Girl From Her Mother While At A Grocery Store (8/30/22)
A man who was already a registered sex offender attempted to buy an 8 year old girl from her mother while they were at a local grocery store shopping. The terrified woman and little girl attempted to flee from the man, but he followed them out to the parking lot making his draconian offer. The police were called and it was found out that the man had attempted the same thing years earlier and only ended up getting probation. The question is, why wasn't this sicko locked up the first time?
