A Look Back: The Many Faces Of Human Trafficking
On this edition of the look back episode, we take a trip down to Georgia where a massive investigation is underway due to the treatment of migrant workers who work in agriculture. According to the indictment, these workers were exploited and kept as slaves, forced to hand over their passports and work for 20 cents per basket of onions picked. Now that the operation has been exposed, the question is, how hard will the government come down on the perpetrators?
