A Look Back: Richard Allen Gets Moved To A Different Facility
The Judge overseeing the Delphi Murder case and the trial of the suspected killer, Richard Allen, went back on a previous order recently and decided that Richard Allen was getting the proper care and sufficient treatment at the facility he is already in.
Judge Gull stated that the reason for her about face was the disturbing infromation inside of the newly filed documents that have hit the docket in Delphi over the past few weeks. Allen will now remain where he is, until the trial.
