Judge Rakoff has warned JP Morgan and their lawyers about what he calls a blatant slow walk of evidence during the discovery phase. He warns the bank and their lawyers that if they do not adhere to the schedules put forward and agreed upon by the court, then he will hold them in contempt of court.
