Whenever we talk about Jeffrey Epstein's first arrest and the charges he was hit with, it is always confounding how he was charged with "solicitation of a minor" when a minor can't be a prostitute in the first place. The federal government has a term for what Epstein was doing and it's child trafficking. Not soliciting prostitutes.
