The Cartels in Mexico have long had a stranglehold on importation of illegal drugs into the United States and now they are looking to extend that hold to also include Europe and they are well on their way to doing. Working with partners in Italy and elsewhere, the cartels are now not only exporting coke to Europe, they are also actively setting up shop in all across the EU.
