A Look Back: A Former N. Dakota Senator Has His Electronic Devices Seized
In a follow up to a story we talked about recently, we catch up with former senator Ray Holmberg from N. Dakota who was caught texting a man at least 72 times while that man was in police custody for crimes against children. After being pressed by the AP, the former senator conceded that he couldn't turn his government provided devices in as he was required to when leaving office because they were already in the possession of investigators.
