865: What You Put out Comes Back to You Abundantly with Deborah Sweeney Owner of My Corporation
Deborah Sweeney is the CEO and owner of My Corporation. Deborah is a former L.A.-based law firm partner who became the General Manager of the My Corporation division under Intuit. In 2009, she purchased MyCorporation out of Intuit and became the owner and CEO. She loves the opportunity that entrepreneurship affords. She serves on multiple university boards and writes for outlets such as Forbes, American Express and Huffington Post. She has two teenage sons and a husband who owns a clothing company.
“It’s about having the right attitude, it’s really about treating others well, what you put out comes back to you abundantly, so you put out good you get back good, you put out hard work and you get that back, you set an example to your team members and they give it back to you, it almost becomes for lack of a better term embarrassing, if you’re working the hardest in your company and you’re hiring people to give to you their work ethic they got to meet you, and so when you give it your all I think that your team sees and so my advice would be put out what you want back”…[Listen for More]
