Are we selfish if we admit to our own fears during today's crisis?
All the people I spoke to this week were in awe and disbelief of what's happening between Russia and Ukraine. They all expressed deep sympathy for the 'common people' who are thrown in times of turmoil and uncertainty.

I also noticed personal fear in the people I spoke to, not only in them, but also in myself... Should we give that fear attention or concentrate our focus on the people who are in direct need?
