b'So many times we refer to ourselves as "just moms", but God created motherhood and considers it a place of honor.\\xa0 The word honor means\\xa0distinction,\\xa0recognition,\\xa0privilege,\\xa0glory,\\xa0prestige,\\xa0merit,\\xa0importance,\\xa0notability,\\xa0respect,\\xa0esteem,\\xa0approbation.\\nWe need to understand that being a mom is an honor. It is a privilege. The culture shouts otherwise, but God honors moms. He loves them. He leads them gently (Isaiah 40:11).\\nMotherhood isn\'t a diversion from the important work...it IS the important work.\\nBetween the two of us, my friend Sherri and I have 12 kids, over 50 years of motherhood and over 40 years of homeschooling experience.
