b'The study of the end times can be confusing and overwhelming, but Wes and I have attempted to share some nuts and bolts on this topic.
Last week we shared an episode titled Are We Living in the Last Days? On Monday we shared another called: Living with Hope When the Church Says It’s Only Going to Get Worse.
Our intention in doing these episodes was to present another biblical perspective on the end times that many have not heard about because we have never been taught anything different.
To clarify, there are 3 basic views on end times: Premillennialism (which is what almost all of us have been taught exclusively or simply watched the "Left Behind" series) Amillennialism, and Postmillennialism.
Prior to about 100 years ago all three views were known to and held by the church and her theologians.
I think that is worth noting. This means that throughout all of church history, believers were knowledgeable about all three perspectives. Only in the last 100 years has Premillennialism been so widely embraced. I don’t know about you, but that alone gives me a reason to pause.
Today we are answering questions that arose from our previous discussions by sharing the Postmillennialism perspective on Revelation, the Mark of the Beast, and the Anti-Christ. This will wrap up this three-part series on this topic.
Resources mentioned in this episode:

ctcmath.com
The Unhurried Homeschooler
Unhurried Grace for a Mom’s Heart
The Four-Hour School Day
The Unhurried Homeschooler Mentoring Course
Places I am speaking in 2023
Refresh
Classical Conversations
The Last Days According to Jesus-RC Sproul
Last Days Madness-Gary DeMar
Victory in Jesus-Greg Bahnsen
Postmillennialism Made Easy-Kenneth Gentry
Revelation: Four Views, A Parallel Commentary-Steve Gregg (this resource shows the historical interpretations of the text without trying to lean one way or the other.
