b"Dr. Cortney Baker became a single, teen mom at the age of 19. Dependent on food stamps and Medicaid, Cortney fought her way over the hurdles life put in her path.

Joining the entrepreneur world, Cortney began her own company providing home health care for special needs kids and has grown that company to over 500 employees in 3 states and serving over 40,000 kids in the past 15 years.

But her obstacles didn't end. Just starting her doctorate program in 2012, she survived a stroke at the age of 37. Perservering, she completed her doctorate in leadership in 2015...the same year she was named Texas Business Woman of the Year.

Today Cortney mentors female millennial entrepreneurs who want to launch and/or scale their own companies.
