b'President Joe Biden\\xa0says the U.S. \\u201cshall respond\\u201d after a drone attack Sunday left three U.S. Army soldiers dead and more than 30 others wounded at a base in Jordan.\\xa0\\nIran-backed militias were reported to be responsible for the deadly drone attack, and in response,\\xa0Robert Greenway\\xa0says, the U.S. needs to make Iran \\u201cfeel the cost\\u201d of its actions.\\xa0(Iran denied any responsibility for the attack.)\\nGreenway, director of\\xa0the Allison Center for National Security at The Heritage Foundation, says the attacks will continue if\\xa0Iran does\\xa0not feel swift and certain consequences.\\xa0(The Daily Signal is the news outlet of The Heritage Foundation.)\\nGreenway, who served on the National Security Council in the Trump administration, says he would advise Biden, first, to \\u201cstop paying them [Iran]\\xa0money.
