Biden Adopted Vague 30 by 30 Conservation Plan From 'Radical Environmental Groups,' Nebraska Governor Says

President Joe Biden's proposed plan to conserve 30% of America\u2019s land by 2030 lacks needed details, Nebraska Gov.
