The high cost of living in a remote N.W.T. town
The mayor of the remote town of Norman Wells in the Northwest Territories is worried about the cost of living in his community. Frank Pope says the community is struggling after lower water levels have meant barges haven\u2019t been able to get key supplies across the Mackenzie River.
