Tom is also the two-time impromptu District 45 Speech champion (2012 and 2013), a member of the National Speakers Association and the Global Speakers Federation.\\xa0\\xa0\\xa0\\n\\nWith over 24 years of experience in the financial industry in management and leadership roles at the same organization and a plethora of inconsistency on this professional journey, Tom received the call nobody wanted:\\xa0 \\u201cWe\\u2019re downsizing.\\u201d He is now a VP at one of the larger financial institutions in North America.
