Newly uncovered evidence appears to show that Donald Trump's latest nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court, Judge Brett Kavanaugh, may have lied to the Senate under oath, multiple times, during his previous confirmation hearings for his DC Court of Appeals about whether he had received documents stolen from Senate Democrats while working as an operative in the George W. Bush Administration. Lisa Graves, author of some of those stolen documents from her time as former Chief Counsel for Nominations for Senate Democrats on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, joins us to explain how the documents revealed in conjunction with Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation hearings last week show that he lied to Congress about his knowledge of, and participation in, the major scandal.
