The world reacts following Donald Trump's threat on Tuesday, promising to rain down "fire and fury like the world has never seen before" on North Korea if they continue to threaten the U.S. with nuclear weapons. North Korea threatens Guam, the U.S. Sec. of State tries to calm frayed nerves, some in Congress pretend to assert Constitutional authority, the President tweets a few lies about himself and the U.S. nuclear arsenal, and the nations of the world try to determine what the hell Trump was actually thinking, if anything, with his reckless "improvised" remarks.
