On today's 'BradCast':\xa0 A Colorado judge sanctioned two attorneys for Donald Trump for filing 'bad faith' legal complaints in Trump's attempt to overthrow the 2020 election. Texas Republican Gov. Greg Abbott called a second emergency special session of the state legislature to force through a massive new voter suppression bill, which has been blocked by state Democratic lawmakers who left the state to deny a quorum. Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA) introduced new federal legislation to establish an affirmative right to vote for every eligible citizen, which is not in the Constitution. In Georgia, a study kept secret by Republican Sec. of State Brad Raffensperger, revealed in a public records request, confirmed that the vast majority of voters using a costly new touchscreen Ballot Marking Device (BMD) system in the 2020 election did not verify if the computer accurately printed their selections - - which computer security experts have warned would allow hackers to change votes undetected. In a federal lawsuit seeking to force Georgia to stop using the unverifiable, hackable BMD voting systems, a judge has sealed a damning report by J. Alex Halderman of the Univ. of Michigan, the world's leading authority on electronic voting systems security, that exposes multiple, dangerous flaws in the state's computerized voting system. Halderman publicly called on Sec. Raffensperger to 'urgently' address 'highly exploitable vulnerabilities that allow attackers to change votes' without detection.
