On today's 'BradCast':\xa0 A grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia handed up a sprawling 97-page indictment on Monday evening, detailing 41 criminal felony counts for 19 named defendants, led by disgraced former President Donald Trump -- his fourth criminal indictment. The charges, announced by Fulton County, Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis, allege that Trump ran a criminal racketeering (RICO) enterprise scheme to steal the 2020 election from Joe Biden, Georgia voters, and the American people. The charging document details the many different unlawful ways in which Trump and his co-conspirators attempted to flip the election results in Georgia and other states. Trump's indicted co-conspirators include his disgraced attorneys Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Ken Chesebro and Sidney Powell; his former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows; and former DoJ official Jeffrey Clark. Also among the indicted are GOP operatives and officials in Georgia who unlawfully breached the voting system of Coffee County, Georgia. Their scheme was initially uncovered by election security expert Marilyn Marks, who first revealed it here on 'The BradCast', and the entire multi-state conspiracy plays a major role in Willis' indictment.
