On today's 'BradCast':\xa0 Accountability for another 2020 election denier - - Tina Peters, disgraced former election clerk of Mesa County,\xa0 Colorado, was found guilty by a jury of several crimes in her efforts to breach, copy and unlawfully distribute sensitive voting system software. Peters' breach was one of several similar efforts in a multi-state scheme by MAGA operatives to breach voting system security in swing states. New York judge barred Presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. from appearing on the state's presidential ballot after finding he used a 'sham address' on official campaign filings. The United Auto Workers filed legal complaints against Donald Trump and billionaire Elon Musk over potential violations of federal labor law, stemming from their discussion of unlawfully firing workers who go on strike on Musk's glitchy social media site.
