On today's 'BradCast':\xa0 A fish rots from the head. The GOP is a complete culture of corruption from top (Donald Trump) to bottom (pick any elected Republican). EPA Inspector General finds former EPA Chief Scott Pruitt owes taxpayers $124,000 for luxury travel, but we'll never get it. Trump pardons his billionaire pal and business partner, Conrad Black, convicted on fraud and obstruction of justice charges because he said nice things about Trump. Then he pardoned Patrick Nolan, former CA GOP leader convicted on federal racketeering charges. GA's GOP Insurance Commissioner Jim Beck indicted on 38 felony counts, but has refused to resign. MI state GOP Rep. Larry Inman indicted on charges of attempted extortion, soliciting a bribe and lying to the FBI.\xa0 Republicans on the Federal Election Commission voted against investigating illegal campaign contributions from a Democratic-linked law firm, against FEC lawyers' recommendations, while Democratic commissioners and voted in favor of it. In the wake of revelations from the FBI that two Florida county election systems were penetrated by Russian Intelligence prior to the 2016 Presidential election, former Bush Administration cybersecurity czar Richard Clarke warns about the looming dangers of electoral manipulation from foreign sources in the 2020 election. But it's not only foreign sources like Russia that we must be guard against. The revelations have resulted in a few Republican and Democratic officials becoming alarmed about the dangers posed by vulnerable electronic voting systems that we've been shouting about for 15 years.
