A blizzard of top Donald Trump cabinet nominees - each with\xa0 huge, corporate conflicts of interests - are set to come up for their confirmation hearings in U.S. Senate committee all at the same time, and before the U.S. Office of Government Ethics has completed background checks on many of them. One of those nominees, ExxonMobil CEO Rex Tillerson, tapped by Trump for U.S. Secretary of State, filed legal papers with the SEC last week detailing plans to divest from the oil giant.
