On today's show: New York's Attorney General has entered an agreement with the Trump Foundation to shut down the supposed charitable organization for good. But an ongoing investigation into misuse of the organization for alleged fraud, campaign violations and self-dealing by Trump, his three oldest children and his 2016 campaign, will continue. The Trump Administration blinked over Trump's threats to shut down the government if he doesn't get funding for his border wall with Mexico \u2013 the Press Secretary suggested they will find the money elsewhere, as Congressional Republicans do not have enough votes to pass a bill to meet Trump's demands.\xa0 Sentencing has been postponed for Trump's disgraced former National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, who pleaded guilty to lying to federal investigators last year. Flynn asked for his sentencing to be delayed after a dramatic court hearing in which U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan railed that he could not "hide my disgust, my disdain" for Flynn's behavior and upbraided the former NSA for having "arguably sold out your country". In Arizona, Republican Rep. Martha McSally, who narrowly lost November's U.S. Senate race to Democrat Kyrsten Sinema, has been appointed to replace Sen. Jon Kyl, who temporarily replaced the late Sen. John McCain earlier this year. In the North Carolina GOP absentee ballot election fraud scandal, state Republicans have again reversed themselves and are now demanding the State Board of Elections certify Republican Mark Harris as the winner of the race, despite the ongoing fraud investigation.
