The lawsuits seek to toss out thousands of perfectly legitimate absentee ballots lawfully cast by legal voters on minor technicalities. A federal judge has extended the deadline for thousands of voters in Cobb County, Georgia to send in their ballots after election officials failed to mail them out due to human error, but voters in other counties who also haven't received their mail-in ballots may end up being disenfranchised in the critical swing state.
