A high-priced law firm is trying to scam California voters by placing a deceptive Internet Voting scheme onto the state ballot -- but calling it the 'Election Data Security and Military Ballot Access Act' and describing 100 percent unverifiable and unsecure Internet Voting as 'electronically delivered vote by mail'. Election integrity expert and advocate Jim Soper of CountedAsCast.org joins us to explain the scam, and give folks contact info for the CA Attorney General's office to comment before this deceptive initiative makes it onto the ballot in the state, and then in YOUR state, as well! Then, we discuss Obama's final State of the Union address last night, take calls on all of the above, and finish up with Desi Doyen and our latest 'Green News Report'\xa0 (including why rooftop solar companies are leaving Nevada).
