Encore: Original air-date 11/10/2022. On today's 'BradCast':\xa0 If the Republican Party wins a narrow majority in the U.S. House following this week's nowhere-near-a-red-wave midterm elections, will it have been because of gerrymandering? Redistricting expert and author DAVID DALEY, Senior Fellow at FairVote, explains how if Republicans gain the majority, it will be thanks to gaming the electorate through both partisan and racial gerrymandering, with the help of corrupt courts. Daley describes the history of aggressive, frequently unlawful and unconstitutional gerrymandering by GOP legislatures in several 'red' states, aided by corrupt rulings from the U.S. Supreme Court and several GOP-dominated state supreme courts. Daley discusses how Republicans have also hijacked independent redistricting commissions in several states, successfully gaming the system to take more House seats than fair maps would allow them in their quest to entrench themselves in permanent minority rule. Also today:\xa0 New data indicates inflation appears to be easing, which is good news for American families, but it's bad news according to Fox 'News'.
