On today's 'BradCast':\xa0 A lot of good news/bad news stories on the incoming President-elect and the soon-to-be-former outgoing President. Trump reportedly attempted to launch an attack on Iran in the final weeks of his term, predicated on news that Iran is once again rebuilding its nuclear stockpile after Trump reneged on the 6-nation nuclear deal that had kept Iran from doing so. Good news -- there are enough remaining not-insane White House officials to talk Trump out of sparking WWIII on his way out the door. President-elect Joe Biden is disinclined to seek accountability for the many crimes committed by Trump and his administration \u2013 bad news, because the Obama Administration's failed policy to 'look forward, not back' on crimes committed by the George W. Bush Administration paved the way for the rise of Donald Trump and other GOP miscreants. But Biden plans to restore the independence of the Justice Department, meaning the next US Attorney General can follow the law and investigate lawbreaking by former officials. Georgia's GOP Secretary of State says Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) illegally tried to convince him to toss out lawfully cast ballots in the state. In GA's recount, nearly 2,600 untallied ballots were discovered, giving Trump an additional 778 votes but not affecting Biden's victory. In Pennsylvania, there were several new developments in the Trump Campaign's lawsuits -- none helped by Rudy Giuliani joining Trump's legal team. In a separate case, the PA Supreme Court rejected the Trump Campaign's baseless claims that Republican observers were not allowed to oversee counting in Philadelphia. Trump has lost 25 out of 26 election cases so far. Plus Desi Doyen joins us for our latest 'Green News Report'.
