In yesterday's mass shooting in Northern California, authorities say the gunman was able to somehow obtain a semi-automatic weapon even after domestic violence and police complaints. As concerns grow over Donald Trump's saber-rattling access to nuclear weapons, the U.S. Senate held a hearing to examine the president's sole authority to launch nuclear weapons for the first time since 1976.
