On today's 'BradCast':\xa0 There is one neat, simple trick that Democrats and opponents of Donald Trump can do to make sure that he is not re-elected this November \u2013 but they may need to start thinking about it right now. JIM WILLIAMS of Public Policy Polling joins us to explain what that one big thing is, based on his firm's most recent data. Also today:\xa0 the Trump Justice Department investigation of Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation (demanded by Trump) has yielded nothing. A\xa0 probe into claims regarding Clinton and Uranium One, a Canadian company in which a Russian firm was allowed to purchase a controlling stake, also revealed no wrongdoing. The Trump State Department's Inspector General also found no criminal wrongdoing in Clinton's use of a private email server. All of the nonsense that Trump exploited in the 2016 to attack Clinton were entirely B.S. -- as we reported at the time. Yet the now-impeached President has seen his own "charitable" foundation shut down by a New York Court on fraud charges, and the Dept. of Justice investigation into alleged Russian interference in the 2016 election has resulted in seven guilty pleas (many from top officials in the Trump Campaign and Trump Administration) and 199 criminal counts against 37 people and entities. Trump's phony "Lock her up!" campaign was enabled -- shamefully -- by corporate mainstream media, which legitimized what was clearly a bogus, orchestrated hit job by Trump and his rightwing media machine. Trump is currently using the same playbook to falsely discredit Joe Biden -- and, undoubtedly, whoever wins the Democratic nomination this year. Good news in North Carolina: a federal judge has (again) blocked state Republicans' latest scheme to enact photo ID voting restrictions in 2020, finding it (again) to be discriminatory voter suppression.
