On today's 'BradCast': New reporting reveals that yet another Republican election official was caught breaching election system security and distributing sensitive, confidential voter information, this time in Michigan. The US Supreme Court rejected 2020 election conspiracist/pillow salesman Mike Lindell's petition to dismiss a defamation lawsuit brought by a voting machine company. On the first day of its new term, the US Supreme court heard oral arguments in a lawsuit seeking to restrict the EPA's regulatory authority under the Clean Water Act, and by all reports, new Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson kicked ass. In a sad and sordid story, a new report provides documentary evidence that Republican U.S. Senate nominee, former pro-football player Herschel Walker, paid for his girlfriend to obtain an abortion in 2009, contradicting Walker's stated beliefs and his campaign platform of a total ban on abortion, even in cases of rape/incest or the life of the mother. Walker denies the allegations, but his adult son, Christian, posted an astonishing rant characterizing his father as a liar, hypocrite, domestic violence abuser, and anything but a 'family man.' Despite a long list of proven lies told by Walker, he is virtually tied in pre-election polling with Democratic incumbent Sen. Rafael Warnock. Plus Desi Doyen has our latest 'Green News Report.'
