ES+S, one of the nation's largest voting system vendors, has threatened a lawsuit against small, non-profit election transparency organization AUDIT-USA, which has been working\xa0 to encourage state and county election officials to use security settings on newer models of ES+S paper ballot scanners that allow them to retain ballot images that can be reviewed by the public after an election.
