With another massive storm bearing down on the U.S., and another mass shooting, this time in Oregon -- both issues that Rightwingers refuse to do anything about -- voters who might want to act on these issues are being kept from voting around the country. Today we look at Alabama, where a Photo ID is required to vote, but they have just announced they are shutting down the offices where you get them all around the state -- predominantly in African-American counties. In Iowa, the Republican Governor is keeping more than 100,000 former felons from being able to vote, even though they have completed their sentences. ACLU Julie Ebenstein joins us to discuss litigation efforts challenging all of the above.
