Cross-Border Orchestra in a Pandemic

December is normally a busy time for the International Symphony Orchestra. The semi-professional group of roughly 100 Canadian and American musicians based in Sarnia, Ont., and Port Huron, Michigan have had to halt their shows since the COVID-19 pandemic shut down the border. Music director Anthony Wing joins The Agenda to discuss how the ISO is dealing with the restrictions and how they are still bringing music to both sides of the border.
