Having worked along side him for a full year, he had good, bad, horrific and glorious days. Regardless and whatever the mood of the office or the tone of the client, Ryan\\u2019s glass was never half full\\u2026 Ryan\\u2019s glass always runneth over!
I remember his job interview with crystal clarity. I remember sitting there, listing to him and thinking, \\u201cWho is this serene fellow? Is he the offspring of Ram Das or is he a recent outcast from Rajneeshpuram??!! I could go on, but I think you get the point.
Ryan is literally and genuinely one of the most caring and passionate recruitment professionals out there. All he wants is \\u201cto do good work\\u201d and I for one believe him. Oh, did I mention he\\u2019s collected a few hilarious stories along the way??
