My first guest on the Tami Jackson Show* tonight will be Steven L. Hays.\nSteven L. Hayes graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas and the University of San Francisco Law School.\n\nAs a self-described \u201crecovering\u201d tax attorney he spent considerable time and resources investigating alternatives to the income tax.
