Our guts, instincts, and intuitions play a major role in our day to day lives, but if we aren't in tune or out of sync and balance with ourselves how can we hear or understand what is really going on with us and the world we live in. We are given so many reliable sources of information and instructions, but are we using it for our benefit or just completely ignoring it.
