Hey good evening everyone Robert or for you know here with my partner G. survival we\'re from Mr Texas real estate this is a Texas real estate radio network thanks for joining us tonight is always we\'re very appreciative you guys giving us some time listen to us here on radio or a podcast watching live on YouTube or Facebook or any of the other social media platforms route there. We\'re talking a little bit today about a little challenge or doing a call 75 hard and it is. It\'s a mindset. Discipline. Diets right maybe in that order you know it\'s some. But it\'s not prescriptive in what you\'re supposed to run you know just pick something what it\'s really designed I think you\'re absolutely right what you\'re what it\'s really designed to do is get you disciplined yet to sticks is with some percent of 5 days yeah it is it\'s not intent to term do all year. Working out twice a day and now doing some of these other things it\'s a little rough to do an entire year unless you\'re you know training for some pretty hardcore but it\'s a it\'s really designed to give you clarity and and while you\'re doing going about your other things throughout your day that you\'re focused on these handful of things yep. And well I\'m lucky enough that I could be part of it during my work day yeah there you go. After all this time. You know get we\'ll we\'ll talking with about discipline tonight we\'ll talk you know it\'s Monday for us recording so do all that stuff but you know discipline is the key right it\'s it\'s really the key we just had our staff meeting and everyone knows it if you listen before you heard me say one of the things I tell new people is Hey if after 2 years you don\'t have your own rental property something\'s wrong yes you do not take advantage of the network that you\'re surrounded in or the resources that were here day in and day out and we\'re probably gonna fire you as a result of that and if that\'s the case then why would I want you working for right if you what else are you missing right so the whole point is Hey if you\'re not building your wealth while you\'re working for us for a company that is all about wealth well he will be like if your employees are not getting rich then there\'s a huge problem with what you\'re teaching exactly. Or you\'re not using the you\'re not using the tools that you\'re teaching other people or let\'s say that earn your mastermind and you\'re not transferring that into the culture of your organization so that is an enormous problem it\'s either a problem with you is the business owner or it\'s a problem with the individual that\'s working for you yeah so yeah if you\'ve got employees and they\'re not buying houses there to get rich if he is ever you. Yeah and. It\'s there\'s enough people since you do not practice what they preach most of adult right be completely transparent so for us we want our employees to gain wealth while they\'re working with us and and build that discipline to Hey every year at school by another rental property now the rental properties on the rental property and we talked about it today but did little good to great thing on him N. as we say 2 years and I asked her one room how long do you have a good one to 2 years of Michael how many months of you working here 5 no you don\'t have you don\'t imagine 19 months 19 months right and then one person has been there for almost a year it\'s like Hey you\'ve got 13 months you know I was staying at the back of the room but I can\'t see eyes getting real big like you mean the the clocks already started day one day one clock has started folks so that\'s we want our employees to do we want to make sure that they\'re they\'re moving forward in their lives I really don\'t expect employees were free for 2 years. For more information visit mrtxre.com (Copyright Mr. Texas Real Estate)
