Who To Work With In A Real Estate And In Your Life!

Welcome show folks Jason Bible Texas real estate radio network. I got a lot of comments on yesterday\'s show. And we\'re actually Iraq and I were talking before the show got started up we\'re gonna use part of that audio for the video for the super investor meeting it\'s going to be great. Can\'t wait super excited about it. Just to recap yesterday show. It all starts with the truth. In that truth affirms what you\'re doing is working you working towards your goal. For. It allows you the opportunity to amend. Your errors. And then from there you know you kind of go off your goals and do all that fun stuff. Today show. We\'re gonna talk about who to work with. In a realistic and your life. The most dangerous person to put in your life is someone who has nothing to lose. That is a very dangerous person. You only want to work with people who have something to lose. Bankers have a term for this. They wanna see skin in the game. We see some skin in the game what does that mean that you typically means got cash. It\'s long thought that if you\'ve got your money in a deal you are less likely to default on the deal. A. K. A. skin in the game. So what I\'m looking to work with somebody or bring anybody in my life I wanna make sure they\'ve got skin in the game. I don\'t work with somebody or have somebody around it has nothing to lose. Nothing to lose is a very dangerous person. And those are not the people you want in your life. They\'ve got to have something to lose. Which also means what they\'ve built something of value. We\'re hanging out with a master my folks this past weekend. And I said one of the biggest challenges is when folks come to us to try and join our program. And I ask him what have you done in your life successfully. If you\'ve not had success in other areas of your life it is almost impossible. To become successful. In real estate. Now does it happen absolutely. At some point I\'ll have. But he might AC Ramose on and we will talk about his past. Guys like that they make movies out of. Convicted felon twice. In jail twice. And now he\'s super successful. But that\'s not most of those folks when you start heading down that path it\'s really hard turn your life around. If you had that kind of pastor you have friends that do have that kind of pass. Then ask more how many of those made it out. And the answer usually is not many. So when folks come to us and say Hey we\'re doing a restaurant owner great. Demonstrate to us that you\'ve been successful. In the past. Get a good job good decent credit got a great family okay great. We can work with you.
