Welcome to show Jason buyable Texas real estate radio network in here with Brian Burke we\'re talking a little trading earlier it\'s everywhere now I know everybody\'s a traitor everybody\'s trader the most hilarious tweet I saw yesterday was a guy comes out and says look I\'m a veteran trader. In all of my 6 days of experience. This is been the craziest day ever and everybody on zerohedge just make it for the guy I\'m actually up I don\'t know what they call it now at enterprise a premium member some like that is your head so you can actually get all of their they have a data dump a drop box you get all this data you get the hedge fund notes all that stuff so I\'m reading some. Interesting stuff these days anyway so everybody\'s a traitor in their crushing a broker cried every nobody\'s losing right now nobody\'s losing despite the fact that half of my Facebook is like I lost this much a loss that much unless this much of like that so I\'m not gonna say which big investment bank but they have a term for retail investors like you and I I called him up it\'s this guy they despise the lady tell investors they despise the retail investor so when when volatility increases like this you see it at the market the it\'s frothy. You\'ll hear this term the Muppets are about to get mode meaning they\'re setting up counter trade that you here\'s the other thing people think they can see open interest in options and buy and sell all the stuff and they can\'t but they don\'t see with what are called dark trading tools you don\'t know what the dark trading tools are doing and what all that kind of hits the market once like I\'m telling you there are retail investors that are about to get mode here and it\'s going to be hello areas to watch so I did see a note this morning that game stop has hired a CTO chief technology officer now. Yeah. Here\'s the irony they didn\'t have one before a company that sells electronics exhibition games right right did not have a chief technology officer that might be why the company\'s worth 6 Bucks a share what I was saying brand right yeah I can see on the order online yep so anyways we are book book ended by to stock trading shows nationally so I imagine you guys of already if you listen to our real estate show you\'re probably already getting your full of of all the stock trading nonsense since and hot you know hire me to show you how to trade options and all that nonsense but any case where a real estate show through we actually make money doing what we talk about right well I we we like things that are consistent predictable and the stock market is not that is not that the the question I always ask folks is what is the risk and nobody can ever really explained to me what the risk is right so in any case it saw you know it\'s like what\'s the risk of owning this or that or that sort of thing you know I I drop this stat on the room a couple weeks ago. And one of these panels I was on I said you guys that they were all talking about how you know a Zillow is not making any money residents not make any money in your open door to all these other companies I said you do realise 60 percent of publicly traded companies have a negative net worth right yes who cares everyone carries that pretty much yes I am but but debt that exceeds their value value right yes so it\'s like you do rely like Anna I almost put a finer point I said those of you who have college age kids with no debt. And I have like a minimum wage job yeah are worth more than 60 percent of companies that are publicly traded.
