all the other stuff but we\'re live coverage here we have about 82 percent occupancy at grand opening and we should have we should be at 90 within the next 30 to 40 days so with that means 2 guys out there understand real estate in 90 percent occupied stabilize for 90 days which means we\'re gonna go looking for a loan come November right and so we\'re talking about 25 year and I\'m on a 5 or 10 year note probably gonna get 75 percent loan to value maybe squeeze up to 80 because you\'re gonna be high and this is a it\'s a nice property in its commercial and we\'re looking at interest rates below 4 so talk about a sweetheart deal right here we are we are very very happy the production the outcome of this and. They were pretty much done with construction so you stuff there\'s always little things to do improvements are doing I never got my tomato plants in here in the studio but that doesn\'t make any sense to think that I could grow tomato plants is duty gotta come and check it out you\'ll see for yourself all right hate.
