Well I sure hope chase the Bible Texas real estate radio network here my biz partner Robert fico it is a monsoon season here in Houston Texas up lot folks don\'t know it\'s a rainforest down here. Swamp it is a swamp so it is raining cats and dogs and I drove the wrong way up to work today so I might be having to Cooper by way home. The stiff the streets get flooded the type R. stays here you\'ll floor yeah we we have someone up and up north **** you know do the plants will get crushed all the rains like now they all bounced back really relaxed that\'s money like it\'s waste too much is that like well in some parts of the country when it rains it hails are destroyed yeah so you know these are all coming back now these all picture on our yeah. Yeah it\'s a make you watch you can actually watch grass grow here pretty fast it\'s it\'s pretty incredible say case it\'s it\'s raining cats and dogs and and rob and I were in a meeting rob I think you said somebody was like well you know it\'s going to rain today and you\'re like it\'s not lava falling from the sky. Are you driving around a convertible all day show object to it I think my my land cruiser supposed to get done today and it does look like that\'s gonna happen but this would be the perfect vehicle for that it\'s not lava falling from the sky. It\'s just a little stuff yes well I would try is that what we talk about yeah I don\'t get it. Pretty funny yeah my pools in filled up that\'s all I know my pools overflowing. Perfect and then everyone\'s getting a test of. This is the first test of the year for real estate investors in 2 areas one is you thought you had a roof leak you\'ll know by the end of the day I\'ve been spot checking because I hardly ever use up stairs right well yeah spot checking walking around like I was staying in. I\'ll take its foot in a commercial buildings like figure out where our roof drains are some just like walk around I can hear the water running through the walls and stuff. And then the second one is you\'re getting a reality check on your drainage so guys the master my right going on right now Hey so I bought this a couple months ago if you like looks like the arts flooding like it\'s just part of the deal mantra so anyway silly real estate stuff going on here at the Texas real estate investment center yeah we have one down and search sites okay looks like this one are currently I\'m sure the house settle wherever that we\'ve screen was it\'s now 6 inches lower that\'s right yeah it\'s coming on and just adjust accordingly this is all part of the plan folks. All part of the plan so who don\'t want me team the assets today okay we talk a lot about that or winter mass right we can win a great weekend a lot of people showed up a lot of deals were done so it\'s all good and I was very happy for the folks it hadn\'t attended the mastermind yet and I think they had a really good weekend yeah I think everyone was pretty blown away the net holy cow is it and I said it\'s different every weekend like we do a different and so that you know the poor the mastermind is it\'s it\'s shared excellence is probably a good way to put it right what are best practices and what\'s working what\'s not and then of course we\'re couple steps ahead of a lot of folks in there so we\'re like alright this is what we\'re seeing on the horizon this is what we\'re doing we suggest you guys do the same thing as we do.
