Welcome show Jason Bible Texas real estate radio network. Here at the crown jewels of Houston real estate the Texas real estate investment center. Here in the studio hang out today no show yesterday I\'m just now getting my voice back. I was at a bachelor party this weekend we had no fun it was a terrible time. Probably the worst times and worst bachelor party I\'ve been to is awful. So no you\'re not gonna hear about your stop after after party stories you\'re gonna hear one I\'ll give you one good one. Because I\'m sure you guys are all asking sola we were in Nashville and they have those little electric scooters. You know you random with a credit card actually it\'s an app in the U. log in with the app and then you\'re allowed to ride a little lecture scooter scooter it\'s little 2 wheel thing they\'re battery powered. So when I was racing bikes back in the day mountain bikes mostly. I work at a bike shop worked at a bike shop here United States another one Europe\'s great time and most of these little scooters you A. using disc brake system very similar to a mountain bike or road bike. So. I noticed mine wasn\'t really stopping as well as it could so I made some slight adjustments to the rear disc brake on it and I was getting that thing you do you ski is like 180 just within that rear end out it was great so that was the only fun we had at the bachelor party the rest of it was just really boring we went to a lot of museums and libraries we we we saw the sites there in Nashville but there is no fun in that town. In fact there\'s so little fun in that town I think we\'re gonna go back for the Texans Titans game in November so any case all open that up to a couple of buddies of mine another note I checked with our with our cruise today and it looks like. We sold out all the cabins and I I ping my my gal that\'s that\'s putting together the crews are travel agent I said Hey um can we buy more cabins will want to she said sure why not the whole boats not sold out yet so you guys can have as many people as you want on this thing so if you\'re one of our investors you\'re invested one of our funds or syndications that sort of thing we\'re gonna fire email out probably tomorrow. And ask if you guys want to go we\'ll have all the details and they\'re super affordable to quick little 5 dare we\'re not going out for like 3 weeks anything crazy like that but we\'ll have a. We\'re gonna host up essentially a real state conference on a boat were hit in 2 places in Mexico of 2 days at sea and then 2 short days and then one day backs will be a ton of fun I can\'t wait I\'m I\'m excited I\'m not done with these real estate folks before so this will be our first one we plan on doing this every year. So for those of you who are investors we open it up to our master on first they booked all the stuff we want a folks in our master I\'m gonna send one more email out action put in an email per our whats app group and if anybody else wants to join we still got extra room so what will add gin the more add some more some of our best yourself can\'t wait to be a ton of fun. And we\'ll we\'ll have a good time I\'m sure we\'ll have more fun on the cruise and I do the batch parkas bachelor\'s just not fun at all of sorry case today the theme for the show is setting the record straight. Today\'s theme set the record straight. I\'m going to set the record straight on a lot of different things. I network with a ton of people I get emails and text messages and messages on social every single day I get blown up constant getting blown up right now I get 3 or 4 deals literally just come across a text message. So sometimes I don\'t get back to you that\'s what\'s going on I\'m I got all kinds of stuff going on over here. So I want to set the record straight on a couple of teams I\'m seeing in real estate. I\'ll start with the big one first. And that is the price of real estate in Houston Texas.
