Or they just looking for you know the once in a lifetime there\'s no more once in a lifetime deals we get it. Yeah but there\'s also plenty of everyday deals yeah. And so or they\'re just using as an excuse well I don\'t want to work it\'s kind of like the it\'s the I\'m trying to time the market guy and what you\'re really saying is I\'m scared uhhuh like a lot of the stuff when people start. The only hears scared gives gives gives gives you options I\'m like okay cool let\'s let\'s admit the fear first and then we can work on what the problem is what\'s the real problem right is a probably on of cashier have enough information to deal you\'re scared that like what is the what\'s the problem that we\'re trying to solve here a lot of times folks are just trying to make up excuses instead of solving their problems I\'m read this great book right now the talks about the real challenge is most folks are seeking too much comfort. Like they\'re constantly seeking comfort. And the reality is you can\'t grow without a challenge it\'s Jim Rohn says. The secret to life and he is absolutely right everyone\'s looking for the secret to life it\'s really really easy the secret to life is growth. And the only way you can grows by accepting a challenge. And there\'s only one way to accept the challenge and that is not fight against the but you actually have to accept it for what it is. There\'s a lot of participants in the market place I\'m telling you right now that will not stop until 2025. Like this market and I\'m I\'m speaking globally now particularly the American real estate market. Globally. Nationally properly put it is not going to slow down for another 4 years and even then probably 2028 yep.
