Good evening everyone Robert here with Mr Texas real estate and joined by my partner Jeez in Bible this is the Texas real state radio network. So this is a motivational Monday I don\'t know when you\'re listening to it but we\'re definitely recording on a Monday. And I want to talk to guys today about how does little interesting little Facebook DM this weekend someone said. Robin watch your videos with all technical used to do great motivation stuff and I\'m like I so thought about taking care you just apply back get to work there\'s your motivation right well you know what and I and I and I\'ve who\'s talked. I\'m talking to someone who\'s doing some education is. Newly formed education space and real estate world okay she just moved over and I said Hey you know we\'re kind of outgrowing that you know we\'re we keep talking a joke about high school and college and you know the people that we talked to now really about the mastery of doing it not not so much being motivated to do it you know the funny thing is is that hi is that real estate such kind of a high school sport like when you watch yeah fox business CNBC when you watch like the business channels there\'s not a show dedicated to you can do it invest. Okay if you just be you know everyone\'s like well we\'ll talk about what\'s going on in the market place and all that so maybe we\'ll talk will Tesla later I was watching some tests of its last night but. Yeah what what I don\'t want to the motivational stuff so I will do some of it well I I I I my thought was. Well we\'re bad well that\'s true am I and I\'m like are you so my thought was and I guess some kind of yes the answer is are you still at the starting line I mean why do you need motivation L. like it\'s like we\'ve we\'re now in practice mode like we\'re we\'re putting everything in the practice mmhm and I just went through how much few motivational videos see what I was missing from Erin I am a pretty introspective got rights and mental time on as like you know here are the 5 things to be a successful entre nor it\'s like you know get a better set of friends like we\'ve already done it check out. Right. Set your goals right check in we\'ve already done that right implements it Jackie Chan I\'m like oh we\'re just doing right everyone else is talking about well it\'s it\'s the classic when you and I were talking about get a better set of friends last week I can tell where you\'re at in your business by the language you use sure we were talking about this to eat rob and I went to go look at a 6 unit this morning and I was talking about some of the things I\'ve been talking about for last week or so and I\'m like I can tell we\'re somebody\'s out there business based off the language you use right and the challenges that they\'re having you know when you start hearing some of these things someone says her wildly successful we done this great thing is that great thing and the talking for 5 minutes I\'m like yeah you\'re not gonna broke I mean you think you think you\'re successful right well I\'ll say this and this is going to really affect a lot of people but I I really could care less. Ultra wealth in this country starts at 30000000 right a net worth of 30000000 yep you can have a Ferrari and a Lambo in a paid off house and all that other stuff but when you\'re under that $30000000 line sure you\'re doing well but you get rich like there\'s a lot of people that pretend they\'ve got 510 0 Bucks knack like they\'re reflected you ain\'t there yet 30000000 is really the light it\'s kind of like the top 1 percent we know starts about $4000 depending on what state you\'re in could be as high as 6 right so we can all go for in house obviously wealthy.
