Welcome to show Jason Bonham Texas real estate radio network here my business partner Robert or you know. So first casualty from the weather last week Texas power company at all they are is traders they\'re not even they don\'t own an actual utility right there just traders yes they lost 250000000 in 3 weeks. The company used to work used to trade at like $600 a share it is now down to 4 so they may want to take a bet on that one. Invite good they\'ll probably get bailed out something to happen yeah recover. But yet 250000000 while. Cash baby that\'s a liquidity crisis residents yeah because the suppliers and had it the generators were it. I would bet on them right now what\'s your stocking 4 Bucks I would buy right now because you know who pays for that yeah the consumer yeah yeah but the consumers already getting the $10000 electricity bills so for those of you outside the state of Texas let me explain what\'s going on here so I got cold last week little bit. Got a little chilly if if someone can find the math I\'m willing to bet that was a 10 sigma a vet think because it was 3 storms back to back to back usually we get a storm like that once a year it gets cold 2 days off in 2 days off it\'s no big deal but we had 3 back to back like that for a week my guess is that\'s a one in 5000 year event or something I mean it\'s it was actually 150 but yeah it was absolutely bananas so. I would love to see someone run the stats on that but in case. So well our grid is not designed for cold weather like that and I\'ve seen a lot of what I\'m just gonna put it out there a lot of idiots on Facebook talk about green power and energy and all this other stuff and I this was all Biden\'s fault this was definitely binds falcons been office 7 minutes absolutely he did it he absolutely did it but but what I find fascinating with some of these. Some of the Illuminati out there is. I just meant I don\'t know I just can\'t do it anymore like I just can\'t. I don\'t know you know you said it since you came here were in high school this is the only high school you bet these people have got absolutely you know I got after Curtis one time because I said you know critical thinking is a skill and what I\'ve realized most people don\'t have an ID and it is a differentiator is something that you can tell that people have a why they\'re successful right yeah versus people that are just you know just keep putting her head against the wall and that\'s how they get success right went right through that wall that\'s what I think a lot of that what what I\'m finding is is that some people who are used to have a lot of respect for since covert start really since covert started yeah I got to see the other side in a few weeks with them yeah that\'s right yeah he\'s done a few weeks guys no big deal be out. And I I just I\'m gonna bring this back up just because it\'s one of things we do is we analyze stuff right right unfortunately our numbers were right on the death count 2 year ago about 600000 so and everyone told us we were crazy I\'m like no I mean we this is what we do is we model stuff all day so I just thought it was fascinating up with all the commentary about green energy and this and that and I\'m like no dude the. The plants. Failed. It wasn\'t green energies fault. Like coal import mostly the print the natural gas is the gas for the gas fired plants failed it like a 60 percent rate or something ridiculous like that right so just again being a critical thinker I just always go to the numbers right yeah so first of all solar was it. Just an absolute bald faced lie the only 78 percent less than 1 percent of the grid\'s power comes from solar Texas right and you know what yeah day 1 when it was snowing and raining it but the next day solar start performing at 60 percent efficiency 7018 all the way up wind is about 24 percent.
