Mars and Mr are using real estate T. exes in Texas.com all right so I I had a very interesting conversation with them. One of our master my students this morning and he he\'s he\'s a real estate professional all most of his life he has a massive success in real estate and he came in once we sat down we do the same thing we do with everyone said that it was a what\'s your number. His leg was that music what\'s your number what do you need every month once everything is wound down what do you want to live on. Passively or semi actively. Any other nice big fat number real nice number $100000 a month which is not. That\'s not certainly not arrange what Jason are looking at. Then some of the other folks are in a mass murder already pretty close to achieving so you know how you want to go under the house not okay so how do we do that right and we start looking at different solutions are working on coming up with a plan. And so you know he has had a plan for 25 years to grow out his real estate business to do very very well and and he has been doing phenomenal right but that plan did not wind up with the $0 a month passive semi active income. Press 1 to make 1000002 year right ms milling could not be a problem noticed pretty darn close 95 better you bet. So how do we come up with that right so we have to start planning that he sort of worked backwards and forcing you you know obviously for all of you seen all of the Facebook Instagram inspirational means right you gotta know where you\'re going by building the GPS in your life yeah R. starts with a number. And then from the number we want to say Hey. Not just a number but how do you want to do that. Right is it completely passive semi active is very active is it Hey I want to leave Halliburton and I want to go manage 10 Airbnb is at the beach. That\'s very active that\'s probably 20 to 30 hours a week and dealing with some crazy 2:00 in the morning problems and that\'s gonna be very very active now you\'ll be very very profitable then you have a very good retirement especially if the beach is your destination but that\'s gonna be active. Totally passive we have if we have one other one of our master my members who I think we\'ve already spoke about this week but it was it we had a good meeting with him last week he came down and said Hey I will listen to you guys I join a mastermind thinking I was gonna buy all these things and now I\'m just like th I don\'t want to be more passive in just sort of enjoy life I\'m like that\'s great so he has a lot of capital to deploy you can leverage some things and he had his M. self into a position where. You know 0.$5000000 a year is going to be coming impassively. Right now he\'s. It has no farther ahead than anyone who\'s out there listening between the ages of you know 30 and 55 he\'s just working right now just lining up the ducks and couple things broke his way right. And so you know we have a plan okay now we know that his plan is to be mostly passive and just really kind of checking on a few things and maybe do some silent JV deals and now is gonna spend more time looking for capital and then looking for. I\'m looking for deals right so he\'s already in the deal world you can find deals that\'s good so now it can be sent you know somewhat passive mostly pass and then there\'s guys.
