the grand opening which in June 17 Thursday I believe this is the 4:00 panel is if you had $100000 where would you invest in is not just real state right yeah right so we\'re gonna have to real estate folks up there obviously and then we\'re gonna bring it to people who offer some alternative investments could tell what you can do one of those guys and one just really sort of standard financial gotten right. Let\'s talk about Hey you know what it is all gonna come down to work it really depends on the investor obvious right right but obviously the folks are listening to us and follow us are investing in real estate right so we have a couple new funds that are coming up and we\'re going through all the stuff with the lawyer and what is it a share of BC share the share were lost of look like and you know we\'re gonna we\'re gonna have to figure all that stuff out but we\'ve learned a few things and people preferred the preferred in home they like get paid before we do yep okay with. I think it takes a little bit more of a sophisticated investor to go 100 percent equity. Yeah because it\'s a. That\'s a good way to put because the folks that are in our equities indications like they\'re they\'re very sophisticated folks right there like all yeah I\'m totally on this one yes we just sent out a hotel you what we just sent out one of our syndications are payouts. For Q. 2 here one Q. one sorry your Q. one distributions and I wouldn\'t re did the pro forma and really look at the numbers start digging around and you can\'t say I can\'t say no no who is still open I can\'t talk about I don\'t know that okay now you know you can\'t now it\'s still I thought we only have one left we do have one slot left but it\'s technically still ha okay all right I will talk about those is that we can then I can talk about it to open all right never mind yes and I know where you\'re going but we can. Right now my. Raise money legally around here. This report that you follow the law yeah. We can\'t just like borrow people\'s money from out of state involvement investor in knowing you know but it\'s a loan it\'s no big deal and we\'re just wrapping it in yeah wait you can\'t you can\'t do that I can take 8 loans on one property yeah Canada then even or who just want action to yeah we don\'t about our America coverage on that we have sense closed in and again. We believe there somewhere between 1.5 in $2000000 in equity not fun right now yeah so it\'s grown 180 grand a month kids and it\'s fundamental and we did we did a preferred returning the kicker on that so we have a second phone is going to look a lot like that just a little bit different on the tier systems so yeah that\'s that\'s exciting for folks. But when they come into all the stuff you know yeah again what I think we\'ve got a bit of a reputation a good reputation I think we have a good following and I think people are happy to work with us on investments or buying their own or whatever it is but again you have to. Again as I was gonna say if we\'ve if we\'ve fallen down anywhere and all the stuff it certainly we have picked the right horse and the race we\'ve already won it I don\'t know I mean really we\'ve got to syndications we\'re we\'ve won yeah like we have one like hash tag winning right out in the fund the hashtag big win right now yeah and so it\'s really now it\'s like how do you communicate that. That yeah how do you so here\'s the here\'s the real challenge right is and I can show you all the numbers but the problem is they they don\'t make sense an absence of something to compare to most of the syndications you\'ll see out there the ones that are quite successful in a good way to put that is the ones that don\'t fail a lot of them fail yeah. Copyright 2021 @ Mr. Texas Real Estate
