Hey good evening everyone this is Robert with Mr Texas real estate in this is the Texas real estate radio network Hey we are going to be talking tonight and a couple more nights here about goals as we\'re in our first week of January or first full week in so everyone has their new year\'s resolutions and they want to be better human beings and we want to move forward and get all the things and pretty things that we want and great not a problem but I first want to talk to a little bit about how we\'re gonna get there right. I\'m sorry. I\'m. It\'s a let\'s just talk about the 3 big categories of resolutions right there\'s 3 others health wealth and relationships the big 3 little ones and everyone wants to fix something with right and we we\'ve come for the mindset that lets just fix the money problem that\'s really all I can I can talk to about I can I can kind of tell the goofy stuff I do in relationships and and I can walk you through my journey that I\'m going on this year to become health and you\'re right but really what you\'re tuning in for why you\'re joining the master my wife joining Petri on is because we\'re gonna help you figure out the money issue and so we\'re gonna start with wealth and that\'s usually a big one. Because once wealth is done frankly the other to become easier. Right so again I know you meant is the Tana gurus in Facebook\'s and memes and everyone\'s out there telling everyone what to do with their lives and I guess I\'m no different but you can always just tune me out if you don\'t want to hear it. But I\'m. You know for us real estate is just a means to an end we do good things we help neighborhoods we help people we help families we help help help everyone we provide tons and tons of jobs and everything that we do is good. We\'re not looking to take advantage of anyone we\'re not. Cheating affording anyone out we\'re doing everything. Arm. We\'re doing everything right here there\'s a problem send someone out there to fix it right we\'re good landlords and we\'re good folks to work with invest with so. That\'s our thing right so we know we do good but we\'re just trying to help okay so now what is the castle look about look like on that and we talked yesterday or last night about Hey you\'ve got to sort of re assess where are you at and so that really starts with a personal financial statement your P. F. S. where\'s your debt where your income what your assets are you negative are you positive. Because that\'s going to be a big big thing when you\'re going to get loans and all the stuff they want to see your your P. F. S.. So if your P. F. S. another speak of art we got to do some things we\'ve got to do some work rights organised we say okay so my assessment is I\'m not good here I\'m not good there let me work on those 2 things or let me outsource those 2 things if I can but usually on a personal finances it\'s going to be your fight go it\'s going to be how do I make more income that type of thing. I\'m so you gonna process it figured out put on your list start working on it again I\'m we recommend you take care of the money problem first right because you can find your purpose in your life and your purpose in life may be. Shrubbery right but I don\'t know how well you\'re going to do it shrubbery and how how look what colleges your kids are going to go through being you know an expert Trevor or sharpest right so you can find your purpose and we want you to find your purpose we want you to have a great relationship so we want to be really super healthy but the beginning of it all Hey man let\'s just figure out a way to to cash flow have $1000000 worth of equity so that we can move on with our stuff ourselves. For more information visit mrtxre.com (Copyright Mr. Texas Real Estate)
