P. extraordinaire agents say look guys are you guys doing. Good response here. So we came over we are getting all the all the paperwork done and all that stuff we want to make the announcement because there are people who are coming to us now and saying Hey I just got my license which I do and I\'m just like if you can just wait to Wednesday that would be great to. Supple and that\'s what we\'re doing but I mean getting right into it we can talk about all the other great things about it but the thing that Jason I see is our plan is by about $100000000 in real estate over the next 3 years and even more beyond that. And if we just take 3 percent of that. Right and then we take 5 percent of that 3 percent and Jason I get a ton of stocks. And I don\'t know any other real estate company that is offering a retirement plan which is how I look at it mmhm right so that 5 percent that little bonus on our commissions and and if we split commissions all other stuff in recruiting people getting bonus and bonus and bonus and bonus for us we looked at that and said that killer yeah and if someone had explained that to us at least to me a year ago we probably made some different decisions or 7 years ago 7 years or 10 years ago right yeah so and then the other thing is and then the big thing which most people don\'t get. This difference between revenue share and profit share in those 2 things once we understood them and laid it all out and ran our models were like this is a no brainer yeah because profiteers pretty easy to run 0 right well that\'s what the goal of many often orders not to show profit right now but revenue shares hard to avoid right. Right absolutely so I I think when you know the other there are some other operational things for us also we want to operate outside the state so that yeah that\'s some unique challenges forces we\'re gonna go start buying stuff in Florida in Vegas and all that other stuff and then I think the second thing to is with the Texas real estate center yeah and and working with K. W. there might have been some some challenges there.
